Kimberly Payne Williams-Paisley is an American actress known for her co-starring roles on According to Jim and Nashville and her breakthrough role in Father of the Bride (1991), for which she was nominated for a number of awards, and the sequel, Father of the Bride Part II (1995). She has appeared on television shows such as Tales from the Crypt and George Lopez. Her other notable roles include her appearances in TV-produced films, including Safe House, The Christmas Shoes and Lucky 7, and also her character of Laura Parker in Shade, which is a short film she also directed and wrote. Williams is married to country singer Brad Paisley, with whom she has two sons; the actress Ashley Williams is her sister.
