Emmanuelle Chriqui was born in Montreal, Quebec, to Moroccan Jewish immigrants, Liliane (Benisty) and Albert Chriqui. At the age of two years old, the family relocated to Toronto. Chriqui was 10 when she was in an McDonald's ad. After that, she relocated to Vancouver and starred in series like Are You Afraid Of The Dark? (1990), Forever Knight (1992), Once a Thief (1996) and PSI Factor: Chronicles of the Paranormal (1996). Detroit Rock City (1999) was her first Hollywood role. Her breakthrough performance was in 2000's Snow Day (2000), in which she played the flirty "Claire Bonner". In 2006, she appeared in Hinder's "Lips of an Angel” music video. Emmanuelle appeared in a number of films following that, and was nominated to a DVD Exclusive Award for Best Actress for her performance as 100 Girls (2000). She also appeared in the film Adam and Eve (2005), opposite Cameron Douglas. Chriqui gained attention through her role as "Sloan" on the HBO hit show, Entourage (2004) and in the role of Adam Sandler in You Don't play with the Zohan (2008). She reprises her role in the role of Sloan in Entourage (2015)
