Joseph Adam Jonas, popularly known as Joe Jonas, is a popular actor and singer who gained fame as an actor in the pop-rock group Jonas Brothers. He is also known for his appearances in a handful of original films and TV shows on the Disney Channel. Alongside his brothers Paul Kevin Jonas II and Nicholas "Nick" Jerry Jonas, he formed the Jonas Brothers band in 2005. They became famous through their music , and then was recognized for their appearances on Disney Channel TV Network. They starred in Camp Rock, a Disney Channel Original Movie, in 2008 and its sequel Camp Rock 2. They are also known for their charitable efforts. After earning an estimated $12 million in 2007, they donated 10% of it to Change for the Children Foundation. They have been awarded many prestigious awards, including the American Music Awards and Billboard Music Awards. Joe Jonas also released a solo album, which was named Fastlife, in the year 2011. It was moderately successful commercially. It was ranked 15 on the US Billboard 200 in its initial week of release
