Jimmy Fallon

 Jimmy Fallon was the son of Gloria (Feeley), and Jimmy Fallon. He was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1974. Jimmy is of Irish, German, and Norwegian descent. He was born in Saugerties, New York, which is in upstate New York. He has performed stand-up, impressions, and characters across the country and at the most prestigious comedy clubs like Caroline's Comedy Club (in New York City) and the Improv (in Los Angeles). He also took acting classes in The Groundlings, an LA-based breeding ground for great comedians. Jimmy was a guest performer in Saturday Night Live (1975). He joined the SNL cast in September 1998. He is considered to be the greatest SNL actor since Phil Hartman and is a popular name in the eyes of SNL fans. After a couple of years the actor travelled to New York City to audition for a spot on SNL and was accepted into the show in 1998. The SNL format was an opportunity to showcase Fallon's comedy impressions. He often played famous people making memorable characters such as Jarret the stoner, or Nick Burns, a patronizing computer expert. Fallon was host of SNL's weekly update segment "Weekend Update" alongside Tina Fey for the last four seasons. The skit featured the anchors of the news, mixing comedy with news stories.
