America Olivo

 America Athene Olivo was born 5 January 1978. She is an American singer and actress. Her roles include in the movies Bitch Slap (2008), Friday the 13th (2010) and Maniac (2012). She also starred in the Broadway musical Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark. Olivo is daughter of Danica d’Hondt (of Belgian and Irish descent), Miss Canada 1959 and Nello Olivo (of Italian and Basque descent). Christian Campbell, her husband, is the actor she married. Olivo was featured on the cover of the June 2009 issue of Playboy magazine. On the cover, she was featured in seven fully nude photos, shot by photographer Terry Richardson. Soluna pilot opened many doors for Olivo and gave her the chance to return to her roots in the theater when she performed the lead female role in a new musical Hotel C'est L'Amour that was staged in The Blank Theatre in Los Angeles. Olivo received an LA Weekly Theater Award in 2007 for her role as "Marie", which she created.
