Emma Rose Kenney was born on the 14th of September, 1999 in Manhattan. She is best recognized for her roles as Debbie in Shameless (2011) and Epic (2013). With her best pal Ciera Gill, she began acting when she was five years old. She also took an interest in the art of improvisation. She was featured in an advertisement for Scholastic Books, and has been in numerous commercials and voiceover roles. She was discovered by her manager at age eight. Kenney has directed a short film titled "The New Girl In Town," that was selected as a finalist in the 2009 New Jersey International Festival.
