In a long alleyway in Red Hook, Brooklyn, near the East River, Tracy Morgan was seated on a chair for directors sitting high, with his feet hanging above the ground. A languid crew of people surrounded him, bringing him water and keeping him cool. Morgan has a plush nose with a love seat and a slender mouth that tugs his entire face inwards however, his eyes are the key to his knack for physical comedy--he controls their focus with a slick precision. At times, he stares upwards and smiles, imitating the innocent gaze of a young child. At some other times, he puts his chin in his chin and offers an eye that is one yard away from the object of his attention. He appeared tired. It was a hot afternoon in September, with clouds at noon. Morgan was trying to film scenes from "The The Last O.G." Season 2 of his TBS sitcom. Morgan plays Tray Barker who is returning to his former neighborhood in Brooklyn after spending 15 years of prison for a drug charge.
