Lionel Messi

 Lionel Messi is an Argentinian footballer who is widely considered to be one of the greatest players of the modern generation. He is part of the Argentina national football team and FC Barcelona. He has been named the FIFA world player of year four times, a record. He has been referred to as the successor to Diego Maradona because due to his prolific goal scoring record and ability to pass his opponents."I have witnessed the player who will take my place in Argentine football and the name of his player is Messi. Messi is a genius , and could be a better player. His father worked in a factory and his mother worked as a cleaner. He started playing soccer in the early years and soon realized his talent. At the age 11 he was diagnosed with a growth hormone deficit (GHD). The condition stunted growth and required expensive medical treatment, including the use of Human growth hormone.His local club, River Plate were interested in signing Messi but they didn't want to cover his medical treatment. However, Messi was given a trial with Barcelona, and his coach Carles Rexach was awestruck - providing Messi a contract (written on a napkin!) that covered Messi's treatment in Spain. Messi was a student in Barcelona with his father, became a member of the FC Barcelona youth academy
