 Denise Lee Richards, an American actress, is a former model. She is best known for her roles in the reality television show "Denise Richards: it's Complicated" and also as Debra Simon in the comedy show "Mountain State". Her roles in movies such as "The World Isn't Enough", "Wild Things", "Starship Troopers," and "Love Actually" are only some of her numerous credits. Born in Downers Grove, Illinois, to a telephone engineer father and a coffee shop owner mother, Richards grew up in Downers Grove and Mokena alongside her younger sister Michelle. She received her education at El Camino High School and Downers Grove North High School. After graduating from high school she began working as a model. She also traveled to famous cities such as Paris, Tokyo, and New York to do photo shoots as well as commercials. Eventually, she ventured into acting too. Richards is a huge animal lover and has been involved with many organizations that promote the well-being of animals. She is also totally devoted to her own dogs and cats who she has been raising from many years. The blonde-haired actress is a supporter of same-sex marriage. She is mother of three daughters.
