Colin Kaepernick

 Colin Rand Kaepernick, an American professional football player. He was a keen player of basketball, football and baseball when he was a kid. He has enjoyed incredible success in all three major American sports. He started playing football when he was eight after he was accepted into a youth football team as a defensive defender and punter. He was named the team's quarterback one year later, and then threw his first long touchdown pass. As an athlete, he was able to throw fastballs with speeds of the speed of 94 miles an hour. He was also a part of his high school's baseball team. In basketball, he steered his team to win a state championship in high school. Kaepernick would like to play football in college despite his success in baseball. He attended the University of Nevada', Reno, and joined the 'Nevada Wolf Pack football' team. He was selected by the San Francisco 49ers as the backup quarterback. At 25, he played a key role in the 49ers reaching the NFC championship. In 2016, he was criticized and praised for his protest against the oppression faced by people of color.
