 Alyson Hannigan is an American actress best recognized for her roles as Michelle Flaherty in the 'American Pie films, Willow Rosenberg in the TV show 'Buffy The Vampire Slayer' and Lily Aldrin in the drama series "How I Met Your Mother'. Hannigan began appearing in commercials at the age of four , and at the age of eleven, she was already entered Hollywood. Today, Hannigan is one of the most popular TV actresses in the field. Her acting skills and ability to play characters with a variety of roles are admired by critics. Her work on small and big screen have won her many prizes, including a Saturn Award, a Young Hollywood Award, and two People's Choice Awards. She was born to divorced parents and had a difficult childhood. She was raised by a single mother who was a single mother, she began performing as a child in order to help contribute to the family income. She started her career young however she continued her education through California State University. Hannigan is currently a mother of two daughters.
