Yvonne De Carlo

 Yvonne De Carlo, a Canadian-born American singer, actress, dancer, and choreographer had a successful career that was spanning seven years. She was brunette, with blue-grey eyes and a sexy body. When she was just three, she began dancing classes and performing in numerous nightclubs and on stage throughout her teens. In 1941, she made her film debut with an uncredited performance in the comedy film "Harvard Here I Come". She was also seen in other films playing the same role. And she eventually played the title character in the western drama "Salome, where she danced" in the year 1945. The next role she starred in was in 'Song Of Scheherazade' in 1947, that, while advancing her career, ultimately being portrayed as an Arabian Nights-type woman dressed in harem clothes. Despite this stereotyping, she did significant work in comedy and western genres. She also was one of the main characters of the sitcom of the 1960s The Munsters. Her debut album entitled 'Yvonne de Carlo sings', was released in 1957. She became a strong and entertaining persona actor as she grew older. De Carlo received two separate stars in the year 1960 on Hollywood Walk of Fame for her contribution to films and television.
