Rosie Perez

 Rosie Perez is an incredibly popular American actress, show host as well as a writer, dancer, choreographer and social activist. As a foster kid and an ward of the state she went through some of the most trying moments in her lifetime. Because she was the victim of an extra-marital relationship, she hardly ever received affection from her parents. The chance to make a splash struck her at a party to say goodbye when she was approached by director-producer Spike Lee for a film. Recognized for her debut performance in the film "Do the Right Thing' She later appeared in a number of hit films, including 'White Men Don't Jump and 'Fearless'. She became a prominent choreographer in the musical 'In Living Colour' for which she was twice nominated for the Emmy Awards. She became a Broadway movie star thanks to her role in the show "The Ritz". In the year 2015, she was signed as the host of a successful talk show called The View. Her most recent appearances include in the films "The Take" and "Pineapple Express".
