 Aaron Carter was a popular American rapper and singer who became a popular teen idol in the early 21st century. He started his singing career when he was seven years old. His fame grew during the latter part of 1990s when his popularity grew especially among teenagers and young people. He was not just known for his performance on stage, but also for his recordings. The first album, Aaron Carter, became among the top ten albums in certain countries of Europe. It reached the number 12 spot in the United States. The album sold over 100,000 copies in the US in the US alone and more than a million copies around the world. His second album, Aaron's Party, released in the fall of 2000 was also a huge hit with sales of three million copies in the US by itself. His next album, On Aaron, also earned his fame after which he was involved in Another Earthquake, which was also successful, though not as well-known as his previous one. Carter was also on Dancing with the Stars and was a part of the show Liberty's Kids and in films like 'Fat Albert'.
